Requir... This announcement constitutes a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Office of AFSC/PZABA intends to award a contract in support of AN/USQ-140(V) Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS). Requirements are for repair of the AN/USQ-140(V) and MIDS Block Upgrade 2 (BU2) AN/USQ-140(V) terminals. This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC is soliciting for Indefinite Delivery requirements type contract utilizing Delivery Orders. The anticipated Period of Performance for this effort is a Basic Contract plus two (2) annual ordering periods. This requirement will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and will include Not Separately Priced (NSP) data CLINS. See Attachment for further details.
