This requirement comprises of vendor casting 74” diameter ingots in accordance with (IAW) the Foundry Specification Sheet – P012 and DWG 0452. The vendor shall be responsible for coordinating and obtaining local 5512 vetting for the respective transport/delivery personnel and deliver the ingots in accordance with the delivery schedule listed in Section 3.0. Additionally, The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is requiring contractors to complete NIST SP800-171 Assessment. Therefore, the contractor who will be awarded this contract SHALL have a completed assessment or the contractor will NOT be eligible for an award. Guidance is contained in the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.204-7012, 252.204-7019 and 252.204-7020.
