The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to solicit on a Sole Source Basis for preventitive and corrective maintanance services on Pietro Carnaghi SU-22 and SU-25 machines. This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as a commitment of any kind by the Government. The Government is NOT seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
