SOURCES SOUGHT / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY Leads Online Investigation Web Software This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Responses to this notice are not offers and the Government cannot accept to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this Sources Sought should not anticipate feedback with regard to their submission. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this Sources Sought. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. The information provided in this Sources Sought is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The purpose of this request is to obtain information on potential sources who can provide Leads Online investigation web software that can collect, maintain, and provide access to property transaction data and records that can enhance investigative capabilities across all 50 states. The Government is seeking sources who can provide the contents immediately. Interested parties must provide proof they can provide leads online or similar web software. This is not a request for pricing, rather a request for interested parties to provide evidence that they can provide the exact product as requested. The DLA Enterprise has a requirement to establish and maintain Leads Online with the power plus package. Interested parties shall furnish the minimum information listed below in a PDF document with a three-page limit. Name of Company, Unique Entity ID Number, and CAGE Code. Point of Contact, Telephone Number, Address, and Email address. Business size status Proof they can provide the requested Leads Online Software or Equivalent. State whether the interested party can provide the subscription via GSA Schedule Contract? If yes, provide the GSA contract number. State whether the interested party can provide the subscription via a NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) GWAC (Government-Wide Acquisition Contract)? If yes, provide NASA SEWP contract. Summary of company history of providing Leads Online Investigation Web Software or similar web product. Affirm the company is financially capable of meeting the requirement. Any pertinent questions/concerns. Interested parties must send responses to James.K.Simms@dla.mil by June 28, 2023, 4:00 P.M.
