The Technical Data Package is competitive, and limited to US Government Agencies and their contractors only. Access to the TDP is restricted. Vendors must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP). Vendors are required to submit a request for access in SAM.gov. The requestor must be the point of contact listed in the JCP certification. Access to the TDP will be granted pending verification of the contractor's active registration in JCP. To obtain certification, contractors must submit a DD Form 2345 to the United States (U.S.)/Canada Joint Certification Office (JCO), along with a copy of supporting documentation.
