This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603. The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Description of requirements: One (1) Industrial Electric Baking Ovens in accordance with Technical Specification VIBB 23-40-1015 dated 4 February 2025. Desired performance period shall be 210 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination, Inspection will be at Origin, and Acceptance at Destination. Destination will be Fleet Readiness Center Southwest, Building 472 NAS North Island, California 92135. The complete technical data package VIBB 23-40-1015 including machine, Training, Technical Data, IUID Tags, Installation, and Shipping requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation.
