Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to seek eligible contractors to provide maintenance for twelve (12) utility vehicles including the inspection, Preventive Maintenance (PM), diagnosis/repair of equipment for utility vehicles and a written service report what was accomplished or any recommendations. The models to receive the services are 2021 Club Car Carryall 500 electric models. See the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional details and specifications. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811111; the size standard for this NAICS is $9 million. Product Service Code is J023 Maint/Repair/Rebuild Of Equipment- Ground Effect Vehicles, Motor Vehicles, Trailers, And Cycles. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
