Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment material, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide Sports Officiating services at Malmstrom Air Force Base for all intramural and recreational sport activities as defined in this performance work statement. At least one official per game must have current certifications from the Montana Officials Organization (MOA) or certifications from a National Sports Governing Body in their respective sport to perform officiating duties (head official). For the remaining number of required officials, per sport, the contractor may use officials without current certifications from the Montana Officials Organization (MOA) or certifications from a National Sports Governing Body in their respective sport to perform officiating duties. Names of all officials and proof of qualifications must be provided to the Fitness Center at least 5 business days prior to the beginning of each individual sport season or 5 days prior to performance if the season has already started. Officials will not be able to perform until their credentials are received.
