DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure of Large Capacity Pipe Bender with contract completion required by 294 days after award for US NAVY / Trident Refit Facility A Complete technical data package VIBB 22-25-1002 including all design, lubrication, supplies, site visit and labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation. The solicitation may include a request for Horizontal Hone, Installation, Training, IUID Tag, Technical Data, OSHA certification and Tooling are attached to the Solicitation. DLA-A intends to issue Request for Proposal SPE4A8-22-Q-0069 is anticipated to issue on or around Monday, 26 September 2022. FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination DLA-A intends to issue an Unrestricted solicitation. Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures. DLA Aviation intends to include a site visit as part of the solicitations.
