This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.” IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(A)(12), THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES DULY AUTHORIZED TO OPERATE AND DO BUSINESS IN ITALY. NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES: THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD A BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) TO BE ESTABLISHED FOR FIVE (5) YEARS. The US Government intends to solicit quotes/offers for performance of a Shuttle Service with Driver in the European Theater of Operations at Aviano Air Base Italy in accordance with (IAW) the enclosed DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS), and D.Lgs 22.12.2000, n. 395 - D.M. 161 of 28.04.2005 – Law 21 15.01.1992 – Law 12 11.02.2019 – FVG Law 27 2.08.1996 - D.Lgs 30.04.1992, n. 285 and D.P.R. 495/1992- Law 218 of 11.08.2003- L.R. 18.08.2005 n. 22. All work shall be performed in accordance with National, Regional, Local, Laws/Codes, and safety standards dictated by most current Italian laws and directives. This service requirements are to support the 31st Force Support Squadron, Aviano AB mission. The general requirements of the service are illustrated in the DRAFT PWS, interested parties are encouraged to read the PWS to familiarize with the various requirements of the service, ask questions or give suggestions. Interchanges with interested parties are highly encouraged in order to improve the understanding of the Government requirements and industry capabilities.
