This is a synopsis/pre-solicitation notice for a non-commercial supply requirement for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), 5001 S Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19112. Contractors shall provide design, prototypes, and qualification of Navy Common Actuators (NCAs). Design documentation includes systems engineering documentation, drawings, specifications, and technical design data. This contract shall culminate with the delivery of respective developmental Technical Data Packages (TDPs). Contractor performance will occur at the contractor’s facility. See Attachment # 1 – Draft Statement of Work. This requirement will be solicited on a 100% small business set-aside basis. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is 4810. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation in February 2022. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.
