This action is intended as a sole source brand name award directed to Keysight Technologies, Inc of 1900 Garden of the Gods Road, Colorado Springs, CO,, CO 80907-3423. This option will be exercised in accordance with Authority 41 U.S.C. 152 (3) and FAR 8.405-6(b)(1) Limited Sources Justification under the General Services Administration Federal Supply Program.
