In Accordance with FAR 5.2, this is a notice that DLA Land and Maritime anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a firm-fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Long Terms Contract (LTC). These item are determined commercial, therefore FAR part 12 will apply to this solicitation. The solicitation will not be set-aside for small business. Cummins Power Generation (CAGE 44940) is the original equipment manufacturer and only approved source for these items.
