These commercially available antennas are utilized in the Tactical Communications Node (TCN), TCN-Lite (TCN-L), Point of Presence (PoP), and Next Generation PoP (NG PoP). Based on market research, these items are commercial products; therefore, FAR Part 13 will apply to this acquisition. This acquisition will not be set aside for small business. The Government does not possess a Technical Data Package (TDP) for the antennas. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government.
