The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to continue procurement of Next Generation Jammer Mid-Band (NGJ-MB) in FY22 under a Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) contract with the Boeing Company of St. Louis, Missouri 63166, on a sole source basis. This procurement will procure non-recurring engineering including systems engineering, program management, logistics, software, and test and evaluation; and related hardware including lab equipment and engineering change proposals for the integration of the NGJ-MB Pod to the EA-18G aircraft for an extension to the NGJ-MB Engineering and Manufacturing Development Phase. The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the EA-18G aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort, and is uniquely positioned to meet and fulfill NAVAIR's requirements within the time required. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any interested party must have the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort within schedule requirements. A determination not to compete this proposed effort based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
