The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure the services for to support ongoing Risk Management Framework (RMF) package (Step 6) for ACCS as well as offer software support for 3 months from date of disbursement in association with the ACCS In service Engineering Agent (ISEA), Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) on a Sole Source basis from C3I. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
