This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5306-01-026-6870, BOLT, MACHINE. There are two approved sources for this item, BOEING COMPANY, (CAGE 77272) under part number 114R3650-17 and AVIBANK MFG., (CAGE 84256), under part number AS182-17. The requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated maximum annual demand quantity is 1,143 each per base year and each option years. Surge requirements do not apply. This is an export controlled, Army Critical Safety, critical application item, and higher level quality requirements do not apply. Government First Article Testing is required. Required delivery is 400 days ARO. FOB is Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
