There are two approved sources for this item, AVIBANK MFG., INC., (CAGE 84256), under part number P/N 53641 and SPS TECHNOLOGIES, LLC., (CAGE 97393) under part number P/N 0103-08024-101. The requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated maximum annual demand quantity is 351 each per base year and each option years. Surge requirements do not apply. This is a critical application item and higher level quality requirements do not apply. This an export controlled item and a Contractor First Article Testing applies.
