Cost-Per-Reportable Result (CPRR) Agreement to include Agreement or reagent rental to include reagents instrument/equipment, consumables, controls, and any necessary services (e.g., maintenance of furnished equipment) to conduct hemostasis/coagulation testing to include: PT, PTT, Fibrinogen, D?Dimer and Anti?Xa testing. The testing is performed in-house at the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Solicitation W81K00-22-Q-0105 will be issued NLT 12 October 2022, 4:00 PM, Central Standard Time (unless extended via amendment). Quotes received after the deadline will be considered untimely and will not be eligible for award. The deadline for questions will be 19 October 2022, 4:00 PM, Central Standard Time (questions submitted after this deadline will not be answered). All questions must be submitted in writing to Medina.L.Woodson.civ@health.mil and Cicely.D.Simmons-Carroll.civ@health.mil. Electronic submissions with files larger than 20MB will need to be submitted in separate emails. All emails, regardless of the size, need to be received by the Government server, by the stated date and time. It will be the offeror's responsibility to ensure the Government receives the entire quote.
