The DLA Strategic Materials proposes to issue a contract to obtain a variety of commercially available, web-based subscriptions, publications, and periodicals for use by the DLA Strategic Materials, Market Analysts and Economists. The Contractor will serve as the single source for providing the web-based subscriptions, publications, and periodicals from the service providers listed in Attachment B – List of Service Providers. The Contractor must provide seamless administration of the periodicals and subscriptions including order placement, payment to publishers, and delivery/access to DLA Strategic Materials. See Attachment A – Statement of Work for a complete description of the periodicals and subscriptions to be provided.
