The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has a requirement to procure Manufacture and First Article Inspection of (1) “Large-Type” CPP Blade Universal Balance Arbor services to be performed at the contractor’s facility. It is the Government's intention to procure these services as sole source utilizing other than full and open competition, from Rolls Royce Marine North America (RRMNA) inaccordance with FAR 6.302-1, as only RRMNA has the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) knowledge and capability meet the Government's requirements. NSWCPD seeks to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541330, small business size Standard is 1,250. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this eff ort is 3040. All off erors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
