The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). NSWCPD has a requirement for on-site office-moving and furniture-installation services to NAVSEA, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), Corporate Operations Department, Infrastructure Division. This will contain a one (1) year Base Term and Four (4), One (1) Year Option Terms. The solicitation is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Single-Award type contract utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Technical Factors include 1) Capabilities Statement, 2) Certificate of Insurance and 3) Past Performance. A contract shall be awarded to the offeror who is deemed responsible in accordance with the solicitation requirements, as supplemented, whose quotation conforms to the solicitation’s requirements (to include all stated terms, conditions, representations, certifications, and all other information required by evaluation factors of this request for quotation) and is judged, based on the evaluation factors, to represent the best value to the Government. This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as a commitment of any kind by the Government. The Government is NOT seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals.
