The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to provide expert instruction in all aspects of marksmanship fundamentals; ensuring each Special Tactics (ST) operator is proficient with M4 carbine or Mk17 SCAR-H, and Glock 19 to execute SOF missions. Marksmanship training shall be provided by the contractor focusing on review of the fundamentals of carbine and pistol shooting as well as techniques on how to overcome weapons malfunctions, and then advanced training to shoot from, and around barricades and other associated carbine and pistol drills incorporated in the course of instruction to train to expert proficiency.
