Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY &IMF) is seeking sources for a contractor to provide technical and practical instruction and direction to PHNSY & IMF to establish composite patch repair installation operating parameters and techniques that provides high confidence of consistently producing acceptable patches in accordance with the requirements of the NSWCCD-65- TR-2012/30: Naval Surface Warfare Center Composite Patch Repair Installation Procedure for 5xxx Aluminum Alloy Affected by Stress Corrosion Cracking on CG-47 Class. Additional details and specifications can be found in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training; the size standard for this NAICS is $12,000,000. Product Service Code is JU009 Education/Training-General. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the capability of performing these services, please provide the following information: 1.
