Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY &IMF) is seeking sources for a contractor to provide technical and practical instruction and direction to PHNSY & IMF to establish composite patch repair installation operating parameters and techniques that provides high confidence of consistently producing acceptable patches in accordance with the requirements of the NSWCCD-65- TR-2012/30: Naval Surface Warfare Center Composite Patch Repair Installation Procedure for 5xxx Aluminum Alloy Affected by Stress Corrosion Cracking on CG-47 Class. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training; the size standard for this NAICS is $12,000,000. Product Service Code is JU009 Education/Training-General. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals.
