This Justification and Approval authorizes the issuance of a Firm Fixed-Price delivery order for the procurement of BAE Systems, Inc. brand name XTS Diode one-way transfer device equipment, software, and installation services. This requirement will be issued only to National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) holders and will be limited to those companies that can provide items particular to one manufacturer, specifically, BAE Systems, Inc.
