General Scope: The scope of this project includes but is not limited to removal and installation of one (1) toddler and one (1) youth playground equipment for the 27 Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron (SOCES), Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB), NM. Work shall conform to contract documents, specifications and adhere to current federal, state, and local requirements. Work includes but not limited to: Operation of heavy machinery, fencing/cordoning workspace, hazard/safety awareness and mitigation, demolition, dumping, concrete work, playground installation, grading, rubber mulching, adherence to current policies and procedures. The work to be performed under this contract and in accordance with the Statement of Objectives shall consist of furnishing all necessary parts, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for providing all work shown on the conceptual drawings (Technical Exhibits), statement of objectives, and all applicable codes, regulations, standards, and criteria in effect. SBA Size Standard: $39.5M Estimated Magnitude of Construction: Between $250,000 and $500,000 PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 30 calendar days design effort and 60 calendar days for construction. Period of performance includes submittal review, construction, and closeouts. Total period of performance is 90 calendar days. The Governments intention with this notice is to inform prospective bidders of the up-coming project / opporunity to work at CAFB.
