The 21st Contracting Office is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The government is looking for companies capable of providing and installing products equal to or better than the ones in the provided VTC/AV “suggested parts list”. The supplied capabilities must also meet the following criteria: Attachment 1 contains the preferred parts list. Offered products must be able to securely transmit classified information and be DISA JITC approved and be on the US DoDIN Approved Products List. Offered products must interface properly and be compatible with the existing AMX VTC/AV infrastructure. The present AV infrastructure consists of AMX audio/video switchers, AMX POE switchers, AMX NetLink control units, AMX Lighting control systems, AMX RS232 controllers, AMX DX-Link transmitter/receiver boxes, AMX HDMI to Cat6 converters, AMX Display port to Cat6 converters, and AMX touch panels.
