Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), outlying clinics, Fort Carson, Colorado, USAFA, Pueblo, Dugway, UT, and Tooele, UT has a requirement for the procurement of a Temperature Sensitive Monitoring System. This requirement is for a temperature monitoring system that utilizes Cellular Communication, has a web based portal access, able to monitor temperatures from -80 degrees Celsius to 100 degrees Celsius, and humidity from 0% to 100%, monitors CO2, offer 24/7 monitoring, and 24 hour response time. The requirement must be procured and installed prior to 30 September 2021, and work simultaneously for 3-4 months with the current system, using existing electrical outlets. After 3-4 months, the vendor will deinstall the existing, 14 year old temperature monitoring system. The vendor must offer a maintenance service agreement (separately procured), for a minimum 5 years from the date of installation. Bidders must address and meet all technically acceptability in accordance with Addendum 52.212-2 to be considered.
