The updated document is ttitled Attachment 1 - Product list-FINAL. All other aspects of this solicitation remain unchanged. The 21st Contracting Squadron is issuing a solicitation for LNB Controllers & Sat Lite Components at Peterson SFB, CO. The performance requirements must be in accordance with the SF 1449 and Attachment 1 – Product List LNBs. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to perform this task. Type of Contract and NAICS: The resulting award will be firm-fixed price purchase order and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing n and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside. Registrations: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation.
