Amendment 0001- questions and answers, updated Statement of Work Accordingly- posted 8/11/2021 The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division intends to initiate a Request for Proposal (RFP) selective deconstruction, draining, and removal of Chiller-3 and replacement with an air-cooled 150-Ton (minimum nominal capacity), 480V/3PH/60Hz, rotary-screw or scroll-type chiller with open protocol BACnet control and communication capabilities in Building 4. The work shall be performed between 0700 to 1630 Monday through Friday unless otherwise specified. Crane lifting operations must occur on a Saturday or Sunday between the hours of 0700 to 1630 to minimize impacts to parking and vehicle circulation. Work requiring outages to electrical or mechanical systems other than CH-3 must occur off-hours Monday through Friday between 1900 and 0500 or on a Saturday or Sunday between 0700 to 1630. Period of performance including delivery is estimated at 120 Days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
