The Naval Surface Warfare Center - Philadelphia Division (NSWCPLD) Philadelphia, PA site intends to solicit on an unrestricted basis for noncommercial development and delivery of Integrated Master Schedules for towed buoy programs supporting submarine programs. The Contractor shall provide services in three primary area- Integrated Master Schedule Development, Development of Integrated Master Schedule Tools, Metrics, and Processes, and Risk Analysis/Assessment. An Active SECRET Facility Clearance (FCL) is required for performance on this requirement.
