At this time no; however, the topic is still under review. Q. Should there be a DD254 form attached to this solicitation? A. Yes, DD254 has been attached. Q. is there a Facility Clearance Requirement for this effort? A. Yes, please consult the DD254 form Q. Will the contract pay for overtime if FTEs are required to work outside of the hours designated in this solicitation. A. In the event that Overtime hours are needed, the contract can be amended to accommodate. Q. Is the Project Manager a billable position? A. No, just the lead courier and couriers are billable. Q. For inclement weather days will FTEs have the ability to make up hours within a pay period? Maximum number of hours a contractor can work in a day? A. Couriers are expected to work an eight hour day. Should more or less time be desired, then the contracor will have to talk to the Contracting Officer's Representative.
