The contractor shall provide hotel rooms for 307th personnel during Unit Training Assembly (UTA) weekends. Lodging accommodations will be procured for a specified number of rooms for one weekend a month (Friday and Saturday night). The types of rooms required are single or double occupancy and they shall be nonsmoking. The lodging facility shall be located within an 8-mile driving distance to Barksdale Air Force Base. The government will use http://local.live.com to determine the distance of the lodging facility to Barksdale Air Force Base. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code). The proposed acquisition will be for a basic period of 12 months with three one-year option periods.
