See attached excel spreadsheet. The Future Science and Technology (FST) program supports identification of, understanding of, analysis of, assessment of, and forecasting of new and emerging disruptive technologies with militarily relevant applications. This is a non-personal services contract to accomplish three separate tasks: 1) to conduct Technology Research Projects, 2) to enhance the Government owned TechWatch Tool, and 3) to provide on-site, All-Source Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) Analysis, as defined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
