This solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. NSWCPD has a requirement, to be awarded on a competitive basis, to procure services required where the contractor will implement program/project management practices at NSWCPD to be accomplished on the DDG-51 Land Based Engineering Sites (LBES) including DDG Flt IIA and DDG Flt III projects.
