To... Scope – NFPC currently owns one (1) Fives Line’ Powermill V240 HS/5 (Serial # J-1447) high-speed machining center. NFPC utilizes this machine to produce highly technical and specialized components. To extend the longevity of the machine’s life expectancy, NFPC will require preventative maintenance services, corrective maintenance services, and alignment services to keep it running at optimal condition. The Contractor shall provide to provide on-site preventative and corrective maintenance visits for the Fives Line’ Powermill V 240 –HS/5 machine. The contractor is responsible to provide onsite open and inspect services and repair. Annual geometric assessment, alignment, and recertification of the machine is also included in the scope of work in FY 2022. This is a Sole Source requirement. Interested vendors can submit a capability statement with support documentation for verification.
