Request for Information - The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is seeking qualified sources that can provide engineering and manufacturing services required to design, produce, and qualify a hydraulic valve and manifold assembly for use in a US Navy submarine application in accordance with Draft Requirements Document 8681594. Those interested in obtaining the Draft Requirment Document 8681594 shall submit a copy of the DD Form 2345 Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certificate via email to jenny.tomeo@navy.mil. Upon receipt of the JCP Certification, the drawings will be sent in order for the interested party to complete the RFI. RFI responses shall be submitted to Jeremy Lamb jeremy.lamb@navy.mil and Michael Scionti michael.scionti@navy.mil by 02 February 2021. Responses shall include specific details regarding the ability to provide engineering and production services and shall discuss how contractor's experience, products, and services are capable of meeting requirements. Examples of relevant experience designing and qualifying hydraulic manifold and valve assemblies are encouraged. Feedback on the draft requirements is encouraged. NSWCPD will accept only electronic unclassified submission of responses. Responses shall be sent to Jeremy Lamb at jeremy.lamb@navy.mil and Michael Scionti at Michael.scionti@navy.mil with the subject line “RFI – Hydraulic Manifold and Valve Assembly Services”.
