The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has a requirement to procure Littoral Combat Ship Independence Variant Wartsila Defense Inc Waterjet System Engineering Services services to be performed at the contractor’s facility. It is the Government's intention to procure these services as sole source utilizing other than full and open competition, from Wartsila Defense, Inc. (headquartered in Houston, TX) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, as only Wartsila has the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) knowledge and capability meet the Government's requirements. NSWCPD seeks to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price, Basis of Agreement. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541330, small business size Standard is 1,250. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this effort is R425. All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
