This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6). Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to Circinus, LLC, for a bridge contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 for Intelligence support services previously procured under Contract W9l l W4-l4-D-0015 Task Order 0002 utilizing FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B). The intent of the bridge contract is to prevent a lapse in critical services until the Government completes a competitive follow-on acquisition. This bridge contract has a total period of performance of up to 24 months, including a 12-month base period and options available to e:s.tend the contract for an additional 12 months. This contract will primarily use a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract type.
