ARCHITECT-ENGINEER SERVICE 21-1001, Indefinite Delivery Contract for FY 23-28 Multidiscipline Projects at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The scope of the projects will include performing site visits and field investigations, and preparing: design and economic analysis, construction drawings and specifications, building code and fire protection engineer analysis, hazardous material facility surveys including sampling, testing and abatement design, detailed cost estimates, cost benefit analysis, life cycle cost analysis, and a bidding schedule for each project. The Architect-Engineer (A-E) shall be required to produce design documents in both electronic and hard copy format; drawings shall be in AutoCAD (dwg and pdf) formats (3D capability may be required), construction specifications shall be in conformance with the Unified Facility Guide Specifications (UFGS) using SpecsIntact.
