Leasing and Laundering Arc Flash Protective Clothing The Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office located in Twentynine Palms, CA is seeking qualified sources for a potential future requirement. The purpose of this request for information is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (i.e. Small/Large business, HUBzone, 8(a), etc.). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this request for information, nor any subsequent exchanges. The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812332 with an associated U.S. Small Business Administration size standard of $38.5M. The anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) is S209. Please identify if you believe a more appropriate NAICS/PSC exists. The potential requirement is to provide the Public Works Division (PWD) operation with apparel related to Arc-Flash protective equipment, in direct support of the electrical and maintenance-associated workforce duties. Ref: NAVMC Directive 5100.8, it is necessary for PWD to furnish personal protective clothing under Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standard guidelines, ref: Appendix E, 1910.269 (l)(8) - Protection from Flames and Electric Arcs. to the base, The services to be provide in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement on Attached Notice.
