The RFP will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The estimated quantity will be 306,900 feet or 2,046 rolls (150 feet/roll) plus one 100% option quantity. The Technical Data Package (TDP) is Distribution C (limited to U.S. Government agencies and their contractors) and export controlled. First Article Test (FAT) is required. The Production Lead Time (PLT) without FAT (with Government approved FAT waiver) is 180 days at a rate of 153,450 feet or 1,023 rolls/month. The PLT with FAT is approximately 270 days after award at a rate of 153,450 feet or 1,023 rolls/month. The FAT Report (FATR) is due 210 days after award.
