The Fleet Readiness Center East aboard MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for “Bi-Annual Preventative Maintenance on Hardness Testers”. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is full and open competition with no set-aside concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811219. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. The Government intends to award to the best value offer. The solicitation, (No. M6700120Q1135) will be posted and made available via Contract Opportunities. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered with the SAM website accessed through https://www.acquisition.gov. Contractor must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website as well.
