The Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC-East), MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina has a requirement for “On-site First Aid, CPR and AED training for twenty-six (26) classes with a minimum of eight (8) students and a maximum of twelve (12) students per class”. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is a 100% Set Aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611699. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. The Government intends to award to the best value offer.
