Public Works Division, Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina requires replacement of one hundred and twenty-five (125) Cree LED Roadway Lights. P/N STR-LWY-3M-HT-12-E-UL-SV-525-R-UTL and one hundred and twenty (120) Cree LED Roadway Lights. P/N STR-LWY-3M-HT-12-E-UH-SV-525-R-UTL. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 335122 Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Electric Lighting Fixture Manufacturing, the size standard for this requirement is 500 employees. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. This requirement will be set-aside 100% for small business. The Solicitation number M6700120Q1048 will be posted on or about 15 days after this posting and made available on the Beta.SAM website at www.beta.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
