The objective of this solicitation is to fulfill an existing Government need Radar Gage Equipment at a fair and reasonable price while maximizing opportunities for small business participation. The offeror shall supply the items in accordance with the Statement of Work attached. Brief description below: 1. Data Collection Platform - Quantity of 30 -Stream gage data collection platforms with a display, phone, and iridium capabilities. Must be capable of transmitting GOES and Iridium together. Must be able to measure 32 parameters with 2 independent SDI-12 ports, and have Wi-Fi for operations with wireless devices. 2. Radar Level Sensor- Quantity of 10- No contact pulse radar water level sensor for long term surface water measurements. Must have range of 0.5 – 30m, a beam angle of 12 degrees, have SDI-12 interface, and have low power consumption (<12ma@12v).
