The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has a requirement to be awarded as a Sole Source procurement to The Chartered Engineer for engineering services in support of the Hamster Activated measurement System current installed onboard Navy ships. The Chartered Engineer has designed and built this system. There are no known certified vendors to work on Chartered Engineer systems. In addition, engineering support services must be performed by Chartered Engineer to maintain the validity of the warranty. Award is anticipated to be made in march 2020 as a firm-fixed-price contract with an estimated period of perfomance of six (6) months from date of award.
