The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division(NSWCPD) has a requirement to be awarded as a Sole Source procurement to IDAC West for tuning services of the Automatic Docking System (ADS) that is currently installed onboard Navy ships. IDAC West has designed and built this system. There are no known certified vendors to work on IDAC systems. In addition, the tuning service must be preformed by IDAC West to maintain the validity of the warranty. Award is anticipated to be made in February 2020 as a firm fixed priced contract with an estimated period of performance of three (3) months from date of award.
