This contract requires comprehensive non-personal services for the engineering, acquisition, operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems supporting RQ. The workload is expected to vary due to the dynamic nature of research and development. All work must be performed in accordance with generally accepted engineering standards and practices. Services must be performed at Wright Patterson AFB, where government vehicles and equipment must be operated according to base policies. A detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached.
