The National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), with the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC), is conducting market research to assess industry interest and capability to prototype and operationalize a scalable, modern, model-based, data-centric Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) environment. This effort is being explored under 10 U.S.C. 4022 Prototype Other Transaction Authority. The notice is issued solely for market research and acquisition planning purposes under FAR Part 10. It is not a Request for Prototype Proposals and does not commit the Government to issue a formal solicitation or make an award.
